The Project Management module in ZEISS GUARDUS easily adjusts to users‘ needs. For example, the Q-Project module supports all classic APQP-demands in project management and control according to ISO/QS 9000 and TS 16949. Complex development projects can be thoroughly planned and transparently controlled – from the development of new products spread on international sites to the planning of a project beyond a financial year or the handling of different budgets and currencies. Based on these factors, report management enables project managers to recognize early, whether the planned milestones can be reached not only in budget but also in time.
